We’re thrilled that you’re considering Strate for your academic exchange! Here’s everything you need to know to start your journey with us:

Application Deadlines:

• 1st Semester: June 1st
• 2nd Semester: November 1st

Exchange Opportunities:
Strate offers exciting exchange opportunities for students in their third or fourth year, with the following schedule:

• 1st Semester: Third year, from early September to early February
• 2nd Semester: Fourth year, from late January to late June

At Strate, we are dedicated to fostering inclusivity and ensuring that students with disabilities have access to the resources and support they need for a successful exchange. We are also proud champions of Erasmus Green Mobility, encouraging students to opt for sustainable travel options to minimize their environmental impact.

Important Note:
To ensure your application is processed, please ensure you are first nominated by the coordinator of your home institution. Unfortunately, applications submitted directly cannot be considered.

To complete your application, please submit the following:

• Your completed application form
• Your CV showcasing your achievements
• Your portfolio highlighting your creative work
• A recent ID photo in .jpg format
• A short video introduction (1 minute max) to tell us a bit about yourself
• A motivation letter (1 page max) explaining why you’re eager to join Strate.
